A. Name of Entity

  1. The name of this organization shall be the Palm Village Club Clusters.

B. Club Motto

  1. The motto of the Palm Village Club Clusters shall be “Quality Family Entertainment”.

C. Mission of the Club

  1. The mission of the Palm Village Club is to provide true, quality family entertainment and leisure activities that will foster not only strong family values but will also enable the members to develop and nurture their social etiquette and thus contributing towards a larger goal of expanding a better society for tomorrow.

D. Objectives and Activities of the Club

  1. The objectives and activities of the Palm Village Club Clusters shall be in accord with club’s mission and shall be introduced and carried out for the members as best deemed appropriate by the club management.

E. Membership Eligibility

  1. All individual members of the Palm Village Club Clusters shall be at least 18 years of age.
  1. No person shall be excluded from membership of this Club because of age (except those persons under 18 years of age), race, color, creed, gender, national or ethnic origin, or physical or mental disability.
  1. However, the management of Palm Village Club Clusters reserves the right to enforce membership restrictions with sole decisive authority which it deems inappropriate for any reason whatsoever, e.g., to the employees of a particular company, residents of a specific community, or people sharing a special interest.
  1. Each membership is a basic membership for a single or married person.
  1. Incase of a single person, the family members’ definition will include parents and un-married siblings over the age of 9 years.
  1. Incase of a married person, the family members’ definition will include spouse, children and parents.

  2. The membership card awarded to an individual is privileged and shall remain the property of Palm Village Club Clusters.

F. Membership & Cluster Types and Price & Fee Structure

  1. Palm Village Club Clusters offers membership with three types of accommodation:

    1. Jasmine Cluster
    2. Tulip Cluster
    3. Rose Cluster


  2. All basic members will remit a monthly service fee of Rs. 1,500 as maintenance charges from the date of beginning of their membership.
  1. All payments to Palm Village Club Clusters, whether they are the annual dues, monthly service charges or facility rental/fee, shall be made through a payment instrument as demanded by the club management.
  1. The payment instruments may either be cash-on-demand, pay-order, crossed cheque, credit card or an advance period payment and the decision to change modes of payment lies solely with the club management.

G. Palm Village Club Clusters Management

  1. The following individuals shall constitute the decision making management of Palm Village Club.

    1. Chairman
    2. Chief Administrator
    3. Technical Engineer
    4. Finance Manager


  2. Other individuals are:

    1. Security Manager
    2. Public Relations Manager
    3. Facility Supervisors
    4. Clerical Staff


  3. The supreme and final authority on all internal and external affairs of Palm Village Club Clusters shall be the Chairman with the Chief Administrator as Second-in-Command.

H. Timings

  1. The timings of the facilities at Palm Village Club Clusters for all category members and their accompanying guests are to be observed as stipulated by the club management.

I. Club Facility Reservations

  1. Advanced reservations are mandatory for the following club facilities:

    1. Shooting Range
    2. Party Lawns (for dinners)
    3. Rest Houses (for day and over-night spending)
    4. Animal Rides
    5. Motor Sports facilities
    6. Cricket Stadium
    7. Massage Services
    8. Beauty Salon
    9. Party Floor

J. Claims of Members as a Member

  1. All individual members will be entitled to have access and to avail all the services and facilities at Palm Village Club Clusters in accordance with the rules and regulations, by-laws and terms and conditions indicated in this document.

K. Membership Transfer

  1. A member may transfer his/her membership (with cluster which is mandatory) to another person for any reason thereof subject to approval of the transfer to the new individual by the management of Palm Village Club Clusters.
  1. Incase approval is granted by the management of Palm Village Club Clusters for membership transfer then the new member will have to remit an amount of 20% equivalent to the membership category price prevalent in the market at the time of transfer.
  1. Prior to any such transfer the outgoing basic member is liable to clear and settle all outstanding dues in entirety.
  1. A member may not rent out or lease his/her membership and/or cluster to any 3rd party for any reason whatsoever.
  1. Incase of death of a member, the membership will be transferred to his/her next-of-kin who had been nominated by the member in the application form.

L. Membership Cancellation

  1. The membership of an individual may be cancelled by the management of Palm Village Club Clusters if he/she (or an accompanying guest of the member) has been found of any disciplinary misconduct with the management or with fellow members or found engaged in any immoral, illegal or illegitimate activity in the premises of Palm Village Club Clusters or is being tried under legal proceedings or found involved and/or guilty in a court-of-law in Pakistan for a crime which is against all social, moral and religious values. 
  1. Incase of cancellation of membership, either by the management or by the individual, all outstanding dues (if any) of the Palm Village Club Clusters facilities will have to be settled immediately by the member/individual. Failure to comply will lead to appropriate action taken at the discretion of the management of Palm Village Club Clusters.

M. New and Non-Members

  1. Non-members (or accompanying guests) will only be allowed entry in to the club in the presence of the basic member.
  1. Non-members (or accompanying guests) will be bound to observe the rules and regulations, bylaws and terms and conditions of Palm Village Club Clusters as and where judged by the club management to be applicable on them.
  1. Non-members (or accompanying guests) will be charged the existing club facility fee/rate for utilization/consumption. The Palm Village Club management however, reserves the right to deny any one or more club facilities to non-members (or accompanying guests) with or without assigning any reason thereof.

N. Loss, Injury & Death

  1. Incase of any physical injury or death of a member (or accompanying guest) by an accident or by Act-of God, inside the club premises or that may have occurred due to a mistake, negligence or irresponsibility of the member or by a fellow member then the Palm Village Club Clusters and its management will not be held responsible in any manner or accountable to any authority whatsoever in Pakistan and neither will the affected member file a legal suit against Palm Village Club Clusters management, any of its staff members, associated/partner/sister companies.
  1. Incase of loss and/or damage caused by a member (or accompanying guest) to the property and/or assets of Palm Village Club Clusters of any magnitude whatsoever, then the member will be held responsible and liable to pay for the loss and/or damages to the club. Non-compliance for any reason whatsoever will lead to cancellation of membership.

O. Prohibitions

  1. All members (and accompanying guests) are prohibited to bring and/or consume any intoxicants, liquor, illegal narcotics, drugs and similar substances into the premises of Palm Village Club Clusters.
  1. All members (and accompanying guests) are prohibited to bring any weapon or firearm of any type whatsoever inside the premises of Palm Village Club Clusters.
  1. Any types of political, sectarian, ethnic or religious meetings are prohibited inside the premises of Palm Village Club Clusters.
  1. Establishing, creation or making of any union, council or committee whatsoever amongst members is prohibited at Palm Village Club Clusters.
  1. Any member found in violation of Palm Village Club Clusters prohibitions will be liable to face expulsion from the club premises, cancellation of membership or an appropriate discretionary action by the management or all.

P. Membership Disclaimer

  1. Any individual upon acquiring membership of Palm Village Club Clusters will revoke his/her right to file any legal suit or proceeding in any court-of-law in Pakistan against the management and/or owner of Palm Village Club Clusters based upon his/her membership in any way whatsoever.

Q. Rights of the Club Management

  1. The management of Palm Village Club Clusters reserves the sole right to introduce, withdraw, alter, delay and/or improve any existing or planned club facility; general and operational club plans, services at the club or even shut-down/wind-up club operations with or without assigning any reason thereof.

  2. The management of Palm Village Club Clusters will from time to time set operational club standards that directly or indirectly affect the members and the same will be published as policy bulletins.
